Even women and men these days are looking for ways to shape their buttocks. There are some exercises that these people should be aware of.

You definitely need to train hard to get butt muscle mass and more shape, but you can get good results with the right exercises and the right methods. These exercises are better than the other orders.

  1. Squat
    This is one of the most obvious options, a good exercise for adding muscle mass in the butt. With so many variations, it offers endless possibilities, but it’s definitely a good exercise when you can use a lot of weight, so your glutes are stimulated.

2. Lunges
Again a popular choice if you ask around. This exercise works best in the glutes when you can provide the strength to push up through your heels. So I recommend the lunges walking version.

Easy to do while you walk or when jogging. Do it for a small hill to make it more effective. Overall lunges are a great exercise.

3. Deadlift
Deadlift is generally one of the best exercises for targeting hamstrings and gluteal muscles. Lift your butt and put a lot of muscle in your butt.

4. Back extension
Lower back extensions are good for butt training when done while keeping your feet straight. To do this, you’ll need an extended waist bench, but most gyms have one. Lift a small weight to stiffen it and feel the gluteal muscles work when you stand up!

5. Running Hills

Long jogging is not the most obvious choice as it tends to lose your muscle mass. So the running mentioned here is hard and intense running uphill and upstairs. It tightens your thighs and your butt must also work hard.

It affects the shape, not the size of the buttocks, but if you reduce the fat around your abdomen and trim your thighs, your buttocks will look bigger!
